In the past week
Several people have made comments about my waning confidence. I’m confident in the intangible things. The things I think are most important. As with any change, adjustment is needed. I’m going to be fine. Trust me. I really don’t need to be chastised about it. I’m just having a moment. I’m allowed to have a moment.

Your kind words means so much to me, especially during the down times. Just know I’m not ignoring you. Quite the opposite. I love your words and they lift me up. Thank you.

I tried on some pants today and realized I fit comfortably in a 20 and I can squeezing into a stretchy 18. My goal for my bottom was a 16. Yet, I have another 80 lbs to lose at least. Im staying with a friend and tossed my scale during my move. For motivation, I measured myself. Well my hips and assigned at least. Ive lost 2.5 more inches off my waist bringing the total to 10 I’ve lost 4 more inches off my hips bringing the total to 12. bodyroll
