I did it!!!! I finally made the -125 mark (-126 actually) and broke through a plateau I’d been languishing in for five weeks. I decided last week to just intensify my cardio, pause on the weight lifting, and reduce ky cookie intake (Ive developed somewhat of an addiction). Started the week having inflated to 244 ( I think medication I’m on is also contributing) and ended the week at 238.4. I claimed it last night and it is real!!! I’m closer to my goal of 225!!!
